As a valued customer, we want to make sure you feel safe when you visit the shop. We understand that health and well-being is everyone’s main priority right now, and we would like to assure you that it is at the forefront of ours. The safety and well-being of our customers and staff is paramount.
We are monitoring the Covid-19 issue closely and have already taken stringent action in accordance with official UK health guidelines. We wanted to let you know what we’re doing to keep the Barbershop clean and safe for you. We are confident that these measures will ensure your protection and hope this will provide you with some peace of mind.
- We are sanitising our Barber chairs and stations after each customer, at the point of changeover.
- We are asking customers to wash their hands as they arrive at the shop, where paper towels are also being provided. We are still awaiting a local pharmacy to provide us with hand sanitiser so we can offer this at the door upon arrival to the shop.
- All equipment is being sterilised after every customer.
- The shop floor, fixtures and fittings is being sterilised throughout the day at regular intervals and disinfected at close of business.
Most of you already have future appointments booked, but we urge anyone with a cough or a cold to call us to re-schedule their appointment until they feel better, in order to protect other customers and our staff from being infected. In the event of a Government lock down you do not have to call us to cancel your appointment as we know who you are and instead we will contact you at some point in the future to get you re-booked as soon as we are directed to re-open.
On that note, keep washing your hands and please don’t panic.
