Just had my first professional shave in 10 years by Sam. Lovely chap, excellent shave. Really appreciate the advice on styling that no one ever tells you!

I was on holiday in London and asked ChatGPT where I could get a premium shave and facial. The response was The Valet. I had my appointment with Sam who provided an excellent Arctic Explorer beard package. If I find myself in London again, Sam will be my go to barber. A true Englishman experience.

I did enjoy the experience although the price was a little high but it was nice to deal with local people who live in the area who i think also care about this community I think
Addiscombe needs some proper shops and this is certainly that.

I’ve been coming for years, and ashamed to only be writing a review now. It is the best barber shop around, arguably the best in London. Sam is my go to - I arrive into Gatwick and head straight to The Valet. 5 stars does not do it justice.

I went into the Valet to have The Arctic Signature, I went in I was greeted kindly with both a smile and a cup of coffee. I spoke with the person doing my package and spoke with her about not knowing what I wanted with my hair and she did an amazing job even covering up where my hair is thin will 100% be making The Valet my main barbers and would advise everyone to give it a go.

There is a reason I drive nearly 1 hour to get here for my haircut appointment.Meg And her team are the top of their game They offer every service whether it be hair or beard Will not go anywhere else ever

I used to come here all the time, I moved away BUT I’m back now because the haircut and shave I get here are superior to others
So thanks to Andy yesterday and it was great to see Sam again still doing his magic with scissors and razor
